Launch Forms and Update Forms
An INFOSuite also contains configurable Launch and Update Forms for collection of additional pre- and post-treatment data.

Using a pre-treatment Launch Form, you can collect demographic information not collected by the assessments, assign provider (physician) names to clients, or track insurance information.

The post-treatment Update Form allows you to capture clinical lab test results or course of treatment as time goes on. You can evaluate your patient population and track changes in individual or population-level outcomes based on this information. Any data or set of variables your practice wants to track and evaluate can be incorporated into the configurable Forms.

Protocols
In addition to capturing core data, you can use the INFOSuite to administer protocols, setting time- or condition-related triggers to control launching assessments or other care procedures.

Assessments can be triggered annually, on a per-visit basis, or based upon the activity during the patient's last office visit.

Protocols can be configured to manage your practice's specific needs, whether you're managing a population of 500 patients or 5,000.

Dashboard Views
The power of the INFOSuite is not only in the collection of data, but in the detailed analysis of your information, bringing you full-circle. All the critical information you need is centralized in one location, easily accessible online in real time. Via dashboard views and configurable reports, you can evaluate data from across your entire patient population, enabling comparisons over time, across demographics, against norms, etc. You’ll have the statistical documentation at your fingertips and an encapsulated view of the pulse of your population.

You can compare and contrast different courses of treatment from a financial viewpoint if you're pulling in costs data coupled with clinical data. All this information opens the door to the valid outcome reporting you need to substantiate better patient care.
