• Layout a screening protocol, age-based or outcome-based
• Select how you want to initiate screenings
• Select the result reports you want and where to route them |
We recommend starting with a pilot. |
• If needed we’ll work through an IT security concerns
• We’ll help install any apps and provide inservice training
• Pilot the system and try things out
• Expand when and where it makes sense |
If desired, Patient Tools can work with your EMR interface team to add full automation. |
• Initiate screenings based on a schedule relative to the visit date
• Automatically route screening results back in as lab data and reports
• When fully automated, screening does not require staff involvement |
